I’m an experienced and accredited Counsellor who is passionate about supporting people to overcome limiting beliefs and difficult life experiences. 

I provide one-to-one therapy for a range of issues but specialise in bereavement and grief support. 

I'm here to help you address whatever is holding you back in your life, so you can move forwards with greater awareness, confidence, and resilience.

Qualifications & Accreditation

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Middlesex University and am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I undertake regular Supervision and uphold the values, principles and moral qualities set out by the BACP Ethical Framework (2018).

Professional Experience 

Over the last ten years, I’ve spent hundreds of hours working with clients at the Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service, Wandsworth Bereavement Service, St Christopher’s Hospice & Bromley Bereavement Service, as well as my own private practice. I was a Trustee of a local Counselling Service from 2016 - 2017.
